Medium voltage Tijuana: field work, not a counter

We are Alianza Electromecánica, trade name of Luis Enrique Laija Pacheco (persona física), office at Nicolás Bravo 2936, Col. Colosio Delmatamoros, CP 22204, Tijuana, B.C. We execute medium voltage in Tijuana and Rosarito as a contractor: transformer setting, pads, manholes and MV boxes, trenches, ducts, and panels. Mexican NOM compliance.

A search for “media tensión Tijuana” often surfaces a cable and equipment retailer. That is not this page. We do not operate a store or a materials catalog. If your building or IMMEX plant needs a service entrance, transformer yard, or underground raceway, we quote the scope we can actually build — with CFE coordination when the contract includes it.

We support the developer or building contractor as the MEP and civil contractor: medium voltage, electrical installations, and HVAC. Quote at (664) 604-1810. English reports for nearshoring plants. US companies: MEP contractor for US companies in Tijuana.

Field scope

What we install, not what we sell

The difference versus a materials counter is the jobsite: excavation, pads, manholes, MV boxes, panels, and CFE coordination in Tijuana and Rosarito.

Pads and transformer yards

Base, pad, and yard for pad-mount transformers. Associated electrical civil: leveling, anchoring, and hookup. Documented at Multi V Rosarito (750 kVA).

Manholes and MV boxes

MV manholes, sectionalizing boxes, and pull pits for underground raceway. Built and installed on site — not a box catalog.

Trenches, ducts, and raceway

Excavation, duct bank, and site raceway. Documented at Multi V Rosarito and FINSA El Salto (industrial park).

Panels tied to medium voltage

TAB GH / TAB GH2 panels and 480 V distribution on the low-voltage side. Startup in the same contract as the MV yard.

CFE coordination

Service entrance and transformer-yard work with CFE when the scope includes it. Paperwork closes with the client or developer; we do not replace CFE.

IMMEX and nearshoring plants

MEP support for IMMEX plants installing or expanding in Tijuana: medium voltage + low voltage + HVAC, English reports for the US corporate office.

What we execute in medium voltage

Pads, manholes, MV boxes, transformers, trenches, and panels for plants, parks, and clinics in Tijuana and Baja California.

MEP support in buildings

Medium voltage + electrical + HVAC in buildings under construction or fit-out. Support to the building contractor. The published scope is MEP fit-out and installations in existing buildings.

Same company, separate pages

Substations, transformers, and CFE paperwork

Alianza Electromecánica is not Alianza Eléctrica (alianzaelectrica.com): that is a different company. It is also not the store that uses the name Media Tensión. This office is the trade name of Luis Enrique Laija Pacheco (persona física), Nicolás Bravo 2936, Col. Colosio Delmatamoros, CP 22204, Tijuana, B.C. Phone (664) 604-1810. Spanish page: media tensión en Tijuana.

The substation as a deliverable (transformer, panels, and CFE coordination when the contract includes it) is on electrical substations in Tijuana. This page is the field work: pads, manholes, sectionalizing boxes, trenches, and setting. The two pages link to each other and do not replace each other.

The only published transformer sizes are 750 kVA at Multi V Rosarito and 300 kVA at Clínica REYMAR. The site does not publish the service voltage of those jobs. There is no high-voltage work. CFE paperwork, when the contract includes it, closes with the client or the developer. Alianza does not replace CFE.

Contractor, not supply

Field medium voltage versus a materials store

In Tijuana, “media tensión” is also the trade name of a cable and equipment retailer. Alianza is not that company and we do not compete at a counter. We are the contractor that opens trench, pours the pad, sets manholes and boxes, installs the transformer, and leaves panels ready for 480 V — with jobsite photos, not catalog shots.

Coordination with CFE (service entrance, yard, release) and support to IMMEX plants enter when the contract asks for them. CFE paperwork closes with the client or developer; we execute the work that paperwork requires. For nearshoring plants, coordination and reports can run in English.

That does not mean we build the industrial building from start to finish. It means that, inside a plant or building, we close the electromechanical package: medium voltage when it applies, electrical installations, HVAC in Tijuana, and the civil items the electrical work needs (pads, manholes, boxes, trenches). The owner or the building GC keeps that building scope.

Do you install pads, manholes, and medium-voltage boxes?
Yes. We build and install transformer pads, MV manholes, boxes, trenches, and underground raceway. Documented: 750 kVA at Multi V Rosarito and 300 kVA at Clínica REYMAR. We do not sell a catalog of boxes; we install them on site.
Do you coordinate with CFE and IMMEX plants?

Do you sell cable, transformers, or medium-voltage materials?
No. Alianza is not a store or distributor of cable, transformers, or MV equipment. We quote and install the work: setting, pads, manholes, boxes, trenches, and panels. Equipment supply is defined by the contract; we do not run a parts counter.
Do you do MEP fit-out in existing buildings?
Yes. In existing buildings Alianza Electromecánica does MEP fit-out and installations. It does not deliver the building shell. The scope is medium voltage, electrical installations, HVAC, and associated civil (pads, manholes, trenches).
Do you also do electrical installations and HVAC?
Yes. Coordinated MEP: medium voltage + electrical installations + HVAC + supporting civil, one contractor in Tijuana. One point of contact for bulletins and closeout. The published scope is MEP fit-out and installations in existing buildings.
